The Denver office of a renowned law firm is eagerly seeking an exceptional Senior Associate to join their esteemed environmental transactions practice. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 9 years of experience preparing diligence reports and drafting and negotiating M&A agreements. 

In this role, the attorney will be involved in advising clients on environmental provisions of M&A agreements and environmental insurance policies. The role also offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of groundbreaking deals across diversified industrials, aerospace and defense, life sciences, and sports and entertainment sectors. Compensation ranges from $390K to $435K.
