A prestigious law firm is actively seeking a talented IP Litigation Associate specializing in Life Sciences to join their expanding team. This position is open to attorneys in Austin, Boston, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, Palo Alto, San Diego, San Francisco, or Washington, DC.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience with a proven track record in intellectual property matters, including patent and/or trade secret litigation. An undergraduate degree in Biology, Chemistry, Materials Science, Genetics, or Biochemistry is preferred, though the firm is open to considering other related degrees with significant and compelling work experience.
