Our client, an elite full-service firm with premier entertainment clients, is seeking a Corporate Associate for its Los Angeles office. This firm represents many clients in the media, technology, and entertainment industries. This position provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for client development.  

Ideally, the candidate will have 4–6 years of M&A, JV and Securities experience. Experience at a big law or prominent mid-sized firm is a plus. Compensation is competitive and near-market.
